Thanks for the groovy recap, that was a great read. Don't hesitate to add anything more you think of! :o)
It's very interesting that the Very Best of front cover had less than harmonious beginnings, cause I've always hated the damn thing... it, in my opinion, doesn't function as a cover at all. All the action is skirting around the ourside, and you feel like more has been cut off than you are actually getting to see (whether that's actually true or not). Very interesting (and unsurprising) that it sounds like it was killed by committee!!
