It's fairly self explanatory.
1) go to www.rapidshare.com
2) click the browse button
3) select the file you wish to share
4) click the upload button
5) when it's finished uploading click on the 'I don't want a collector's account right now, just give me the download link' at the very bottom of the screen
6) you now have two links: one for the download and one to delete the download.
7) you can upload up to ten files at once by using the 'multi-upload' link on the main page, but they must not total more than 100MB
