| Oooh, I've been meaning to start a thread about this one for a while. I bought the "deluxe Edition" a little while ago and was completely and utterly underwhelmed. The packaging has prettty bits, but it has mindless oversights as well. And whilst I was prepared for the "bonus" disc having nothing of any real worth on it (just the radio edits. Wtf?) I WASN'T prepared for the crappy guitar-driven mix of all the songs AND the indexing errors AND the last couple of seconds of the Everything Louder baagpipes being clipped off. So I figure I'll buy the "Collector's ediition" as well. It's US$55 from Amazon.com, and a mere 9 pounds or something from Amazon.co.uk. Was this a UK only release?? And who has it, and is there anything worth mentioning about it? Anything unexpected one way or the other? > Anyone got the Bat 2 collector's edition released late > last year, with the DVD? > > If so, is the Meat Loaf & Jim Steinman interview something > they did together (ie in the same room)? > > Reading the liner notes today (in store), and it says that > the interview was directed by Michael Bay, which tends to > suggest one interview? | |
