This song is clearly written for a tenor with some power, as the range is quite on the high side in the beginning. In fact, the "glow" is on a high b natural, a note that is pretty damn hard to hit.
To prove my point, listen to Rob Evan's demo, he sings "glow" in falsetto. Robs version isn't bad because of this, but it just shows the sheer vocal range required, which is hard to come by.
