I'm pretty sure it was longer than that... maybe I'm exaggerating a little with nearly 3 hours but it was definitely more than 2, counting encores. He was on stage by 8:30 and I got out of the arena at ten past 11, and I didn't spend *that* long hanging about afterwards hoping for another encore. (Mostly because my friend dragged me out after about 5 minutes!)
The insurance might not count the interval bit or time talking to the audience though...
