| About Me: | I am a writer. I am an artist, of sorts. I love to draw in graphite and color pencils. I love photography. I love music. I love dogs. I have two grown daughters. It's weird, too, because I live in the basement and my daughter lives upstairs. Get it? She's supposed to be the one that lives in the basement. She's 31. Geez, I can hear the crickets. Ok. Forget it. I live in Illinois and I'm 48 years old soon to be 49. But I've never grown up. I am 6th generation German. I collect Barbie dolls and collectible babies. They're the kind you display. So, that's about it. I'm pretty boring otherwise. Oh, and I love pumpkins. I've been known to keep them up until spring. And they stayed good. I won't throw them away unless they go bad. There's just something about them. I love them. They're cool. I also love birds. I can't read anymore, but I used to be a huge reader. Now I have to listen to audio books. I can type and write, but not write with a pen. My hand locks up that way.:-)I'm probably the only person on the planet blessed with arthritis in all joints and bone spurs in all joints. What I hate? Assholes and know-it-alls. People who won't shut up and let someone else talk. People who rant that they know everything there is to know about religion and the meaning of life. |
