Mostly correct. I noticed you comment to the pic, said "Oh bugger" and decided that, rather than keep blocking you each time your IP changes, I'd block your ISP out.

I was trying to avoid it, as there's a chance I'm now blocking out someone else, but I don't believe that's the case. However I don't have time to keep adding your latest IP address range nor do I have time for the endless threads that ensue when you find something to comment on.
