Micro-management is horrific, but absolutely no management can be just as bad, IMO.
That's probably why I prefer the Michael McDermott forums. Not to mention the steady stream of music, concert photos, bloggage and messages coming straight from the artist and his friends- it's nice to have at least one preferred artist who is still active in their career.
