Completely agree Pud. Why have Brian May on it when you're going to completely cut the best solo? The other bits that irritate me: - unnecessary effort on the first "I WASN'T built for comfort..." each time. It only needs the effort on the second line. - the extra "but I know that I'll be bad for good"s in each chorus. WTF? I get the impression just wanted to tinker with the song's structure to make his mark on it. I don't think he wanted to just make the exact same song again but with Meat's vocals, which would have satisfied me. Apart from these little gripes, it's a *good* version of a brilliant, brilliant song. After personally waiting 13 years to hear Meat sing this track I was bound to be a little disappointed... > > I thought Desmond did a pretty decent job, my biggest beef > with it is Brian May being under-used and no guitar solo. | |
