Plenty of bootlegs around of the Crapford "performances". None that I know of with Rob Evan. Also there's a soundboard version which sounds pretty good (on the tracks where Crapford doesn't spoil them). Plus of course the demo tracks with Steve Barton and Elaine Caswell.
Tanz in England may happen sometime but I wouldn't count any chickens yet. Most likely locations are Holland and Belgium (Antwerp I think), plus talk of Korea. Presumably the Korean version will be subtitled "Pardon Me But Your Canines Are In My Canine" ...
