I was going through a heart failure for two weeks (heart failure is when the heart is not able to stably function without doing curly-cue things like palpitations, rapid beats, and feeling really crappy altogether)and that day which was Friday, I had been on the back of some days working despite having had the crisis of the weekend before it, which followed a week when I was ostensibly in bed with weakness and some spurts of immobility. Spurts of feeling better, spurts of not feeling better, spurts of feeling like I couldn't move at all, these go around like an unscheduled cycle. I did not expect to need a doctor on Friday, but in mid-day I realized that I had to....my clinic doctor was already gone for the day, and so I went to the hospital. I was admitted after I passed out in the x-ray waiting area, (didn't lose consciousness but this to me is a technicality....losing function to breath but a shadow of breath, losing the ability to control the muscles of my body, losing the ability to see clearly without fosfenes interrupting the view, this is passing out enough for me. Unable to walk, stand, move, I was in a wheelchair, so it was of no consequence to anyone because I wasn't first upright and then down...I was sitting and then sitting passed out.)At first they were releasing me on the ridiculous assumption of dehydration but then they checked my blood sugar level, and it was critically low. They said I almost died. So sorry guys, you didn't quite get your wish. | |
