Your reading comprehension is a bit on the less than efficient side: I feared congestive heart failure when I was a couple of miles from the hospital. I was found to have low blood sugar in the hospital itself. I was not experiencing the heart failure simultaniously with the hypoglycemic episode because there were eighteen hours between them. Apparently I did not have a congestive heart failure as I had feared, which was a relief to me. However, congestive heart failure is not a condition that stays, it is a condition that is more like a status of heart efficiency, rather than a cardiac arrest, however, acute congestive heart failure can lead to cardiac arrest.
