Jim considers all his songs as children and to him editing them down to 5mins for radio is butchering them and he feels very protective and passionate about them, as any parent would be for their off-spring.
HOWEVER....
I was emailed a "dance" version of a Steinman song and am sure if this wasn't an inbred foster-child of a song Jim would have taken it out to the barn and blown its ears of, putting it out of our misery.
But I want to know if everyone else thinks the same.
