So sorry. The guy in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is Richard Smith who took the name Richard O'Brien in 1977. Subsequent to that time he has been linked with the namesake of the film and stage productions of Rocky Horror with the most fortunate of errors, and he has enjoyed this distinction without cause otherwise. Indeed, Smith aka Richard O'Brien is and has been for quite some time now, been playing the character of "Child Catcher" in that show.

He can't act for anything. The only thing he can play is a snidely scurilious sort of character that is pseudo to his own self, and so as long as the character is Smith aka O'Brien practically playing himself, he could definitely make a part. The Child Catcher is probably so fitting to him.

For the Bat Stage show, which is being based on Neverland, does not really take that kind of character into account, and is instead a more powerful sort than Smith aka O'Brien can play. He can do snidely, but he has to do something with more depth for this. Refer to the transcript of Neverland, where there is no "Captain Hook" but a character called "Hook". Jim made two versions, the original of which is the one that I know because of the transcript, however the newer is described by some sort of synopsis on the site. I know that Jim made reference to making the people who benefit from Peter Pan's proceeds happy, but I do not know if that really means if he will incorporate as much of Peter Pan references. I shall wait and see with all of you.......

I can assure you that Jim delves into a project and gets it done. Show business will be show business, but he seems to be in control of this one. He said 2008, and why do you think that should change? He just said it a few months ago.

Whole houses are built in a week, so don't worry about schedule.
