As some others have stated, Dead Ringer may be the choice if it weren't (as Ryan pointed out) such an intimate album.
I consider Bad for Good my Bat 1.5, but it's not Meat.
Unfortunately i'd have to go with the actual Bat 3 for my Bat 3. About half the album would've been well suited for an actual (Steinman produced) Bat3, and I'd include Blind as a Bat and Alive on that list, and drop Break It for sure.
The other Meat albums just don't seem to fit the collective vibe of what I consider a Bat out of Hell album. You could probably take a few tracks from each other album to make a decent Bat 3 (Original Sin, Nowhere Fast, Read 'em and Weep, etc...)
