Alot of "perhaps" shows the answer is slightly bankrupt of facts. >Maybe reading the liner notes of the Vienna cast > CD would be a clue i.e. Co-Produced by Steven Rinkoff and > Engineered by Steven Rinkoff And "maybe" denotes a theory indeed...so far we have seen that Rinkoff attended the closing night of Whistle Down The Wind in London, and presenting Jim Steinman as Jim Steinman, giving fans the impression that it is Jim Steinman who wrote the music when it is Jim Cypherd...so, he said, merely that it is Jim, omitting the surname. Gadzooks...here I go again...keyboard slime making me type these dastardly things about Cypherd/Steinman and differences between, oh no....what is it, is it a bird, is it a plane, is it a bit of fun? Well, it is what it is. Pick the phrase of your choice to ridicule, and have a good time. But in all seriousness, I ask these questions, because evidently nobody else did. Rinkoff can put some people together and a show, and promote that, but where does that equate to his attending a Steinmeet when he has no tangible offering to promote? And, discussing the cast recording of a show in Vienna, does not answer the question. Jim wrote all the music to all of the presentations, and he did not go to the Steinmeet. Why do you suppose not? Did Rinkoff say he was there because Jim couldn't make it? Why would he do that? That is not a diplomatic mission for one head of state to be represented by an ambassador. Therefore, I ask. He filled you with booze, gave you the snooze, and left you wondering. Don't you feel enriched? > > | |
