If improv means to ramble on and on about irrelevant things that has no meaning to anything (sounds a bit like Susan) inbetween songs, then he's very good at that. But yeah, he says he's improv, but he aint improv at all, he sticks to the same setlist like glue. If Meat did go improv and do something completely out of the blue, it would take him so far out of his comfort zone he'd probably have a total meltdown on stage.
