| I'm with Dave 110% on this. Aside from the fact I absolutely cannot STAND Celine's shrill, nasty voice, her recording is so utterly souless and sanitised that it's painful. Especially when you realise that Jim was behind the arrangement and production--Pimp Daddy sells another one of his 'children' to pay the rent. Elaine's version was introduced to me by the late great Karl, who adored Pandora's Box. It is indeed the definative version. It's full, whole, complete. Jim needs to just STOP when a song has reached it's perfection, commercially successful or not. It's called integrity.
