A few thoughts. I think of times like these as times when, as one very good phrase maker calls, "the world is square". I don't know what makes the world square at times for other people, but I know that I sometimes feel upset about things after the reasons for upset have already dissipated. Once, there was found a very bad insect in my tub, and I managed to vanquish it, then called my friend and told him about it, as upset as I was then....he said to me, "But you dealt with it" and I answered, "Yeah, and THEN I fell apart". Sometimes it works that when the worst is over, the reaction actually is allowed to come. So, Jacqueline, you chose to be sick of something just because I responded to Smeghead, and the actual post did contain someone's name in there, but the context was not about that someone at all. If bad grammar can be blamed for instigating a reaction like this, I am sorry. But I had an opinion to share, and I shared it, without any straying from the concepts which were of the post I as replying to. I get more flack for being on topic, than being off topic. I can't help that. The second thing that I think of is that I think that others share your feelings, such as EvilNickname, who you state is nothing Evil only his name is Evil, who has spoken his opinion, and Bright_Eyes who has spoken his opinion, each of whom are in principle agreeing that having such filthy dirty responses to my clean posts, is appalling. To get mad at me for posting, is certainly not the choice number one that they could have had in mind. As it is, I have things to do this evening, and will not post further, and hope that you would take a nice walk amidst the wonderful New York foliage and in the clear brisk air, listen to the crickets I really love over there, and relax. Tomorrow is tomorrow, and let us all just take a few deep breaths. Feel better, J. I'm sick of all the hassles too, and do my best to minimize them.
