| I think that mankind's acts (whether deliberate, ignorant or unavoidable) are destroying the Earth and whilst we can slow down it's demise we can never stop it; and our days are numbered. Having said that I'm sure it's a sufficiently high number that you, me and everyone we care about will be dead by then anyway; and all we'll have noticed is fewer sunny days in the summer and less snow in the winter.
