Edit Profile function doesn´t work

At least for the picture. I can´t change it, I can´t delete it.
Brian told me about his problem with changing the avatar picture and I answered that the last time I changed it it worked. But now I noticed he was right.

Would be nice if this coule be fixed. Thanks.
