If the beginning of the song is all we're going on, then you might have a point, but the beginning wasn't all we were asked to focus on. I was listening to the whole song and not just 3 or 4 notes at the start.
There's only so many notes that can be played on a piano and in a certain order, laws of average would state that sooner or later, something is going to sound similar to something else.
