The three songs of Jim I love 1)For crying out loud I can imagine a scene from Neverland so clearly with this song. Where Baal is about to leave and wendy cant come with him and hold her close as he sings last bit of the song. Stunning and the best song ever written 2. Total eclipse of the heart. As a young guy I get stick for lisening to this. But this song is the greatest ballad Jimmy has ever wriiten. Thanks you Mr Steinman. 3) Bat out of hell Its Bat out of hell. I shoudnt need to say anymore Ok songs I dislike of Jims. Easy 1) Frying pan. Gets you started up but then disapoints with no second verse, A usekess track, AKKITTW should have been on BFG. 2) Is nothing sacred. Never saw the appeal to this song. Its consistantly dull 3)Cry to heaven. A segmant of it worked great in verspers. But as a stand alonbe song it sucks. Compared to short songs like LBAGG and NATL it sucks. The lyrics the melody just miss completley > I dont post much anymore but thought Id start a thread > since we have a few new people, seemingly at least... > > Of all the songs Jim has ever written, what do you think > are three of his songs you could listen to over and over > again and never get tired of and what three do you always > skip when they pop up on your players? > > 1) For Crying out Loud > > Every time I listen to this and think of someone I love I > feel every single lyric has speaks to me personally.
