I'm 99% convinced that it's Richard Dunne from the "Neverland" bootleg. The song was probably written, around, 1975 and rehearsed between Meat Loaf and Jim. I have no idea if there's any demo from that period, or from any period really. But that's Richard, I'm positive it's Richard. Steinman had absolutely nothing to do, singing-wise, with "Neverland" in Washington. And you can tell it's Orchestra Luna too because it's their very distinctive sound combined with Paul Jacobs style which is also reflected in the early 80s Meat Loaf tours.
