I'm 100% convinced it is the Neverland recording (available on this site), and therefore Richard Dunne on vocals (definately not Jim).

However, Jim does come in on the spoken word section that begins 'all the stories we could tell...'

Does a piano/Jim vocal demo of Bat exist? Probably, but ya gotta get past Rinkoff first - LOL!
