Obviously her feelings towards you weren't the same as what yours were towards her. That said, if you really do care for this person then the noblest thing you could do is want them to be happy no matter who they're with.
I think it was Isaac Asimov who wrote "When two people are truly in love, they can travel the world together without moving from the same spot"
