Oh, that Kate Moss must be having a right giggle at the moment at our expense, having convinced Kelly Osbourne that she has a good voice and should release a cover version of Bonnie Tyler's gravelly classic 'Total Eclipse of the Heart'.
Kelly told Grazia that she sang the song once in front of Kate at a karaoke night (the glamorous life that these people lead!) and the wasp-waisted model simply cracked up in delight.
"When it was my turn I sang 'Total Eclipse of the Heart', and Kate thought it was so fantastic she started crying." I'll bet she did. I'm close to filling up myself, you daft cow.
Osbourne, who covered 'Papa Don't Preach' by taking the song outside and kicking its spine out with hobnail books in the car park, went on,
"It's become our song. She'll ring me up and make me sing it. She even tried to persuade me to do it as a single, because she's convinced it would be number one."
Yes, she must be convinced. Or maybe she's taking the piss out of that flat droning voice and laughing at you behind your back? Imagine the scene, Kate is sitting in Primrose Hill with all her buddies then tells a joke. "How do you make a pig sing?" followed by a quick phone call and "Hello, Kelly, it's Kate. I was just wondering..."
