Yep. A great story, and script is the basis for everything else to follow.
Then great talent. And great songs, which we know most, if not all will be.
If nobody cares about the story or the characters, the songs will seem meaningless or distracting.
I agree with those that said to leave any Peter Pan reference out of the title with the exception of the word "Neverland".
Maybe: Jim Steinmans Bat Out Of Hell: Return to Neverland.
Or something to that effect.
Or, Bat Out Of Hell: The Veggie Tray (No Meat included)
