How old is Jim? He is 60 this year? Last year? A 60-year-old man who's "been there and done that" in this industry doesn't want to work from the top. He wants to sit back and be given his dues. He wants to see the culmination of the last 30 years of his working life without having to repeat the process he went through 30 years ago.
