| Truthfully, I think he should STOP touring and just put out a studio record per year until he A) makes a good one or B) dies If he cranks them out, he increases his chances of making a good one. Law of averages. I think he should probably try to rock less and go more theatrical. ANd the songs need to be more carefully chosen for his ability, or lack thereof, to sing them. > > Is Meat Loaf really threatening to record again? > > > > Maybe he could wrestle Ric Flair at Wrestlemania in a > > "Loser Must Really Really Retire" match, and they could > > both get DQ'd or counted out or something.... > > > > LOL. > > To be fair, there wasn't much wrong with Meat's studio > vocals on TMIL - it was just the arrangements, production, > lack of Jim's involvement etc that let it down. > > I'd far rather he made a studio album (either with Jim or > on his own, preferably going in a slightly different > direction to the 'Jim-lite' stuff Diane Warren writes) > than embark on another ill-fated, reputation-wrecking > tour. | |
