Truthfully, I think he should STOP touring and just put out a studio record per year until he

A) makes a good one

or

B) dies


If he cranks them out, he increases his chances of making a good one. Law of averages. I think he should probably try to rock less and go more theatrical. ANd the songs need to be more carefully chosen for his ability, or lack thereof, to sing them.
