Isn't it convenient that the definition for "mental illness" was broadened to include the slightest deviation from "jolly-golly mindless cyborg" at a time when Big Pharma started doing heavy advertising and "scientific investigations" (read: studies by researchers with undisclosed ties to the industry) of "antidepressants"? The drugs don't work, they just make it worse....anyone who still cares about the cause(s)? The states listed above are so different, culturally and geographically, so the results are probably more coincidental than conclusive.
