I think every body else here already hit it on the head. Too many failed projects or broken promises. To quote Brett Michaels (the only time I'll be doing that) "Just give me something to believe in".

The same conversations have been had countless times. And the way the board is designed, you can't just have a sticky topic of "what's your favorite stein-song" or "Is The Dream Engine dead?" threads. So new ones pop up, but that's already been covered, so folks that have been on a while feel no need to reply.

I've been thinking this for a while. Jim needs an update. There are many current artist that would benefit from a great new Steinman tune, and if successful would benefit Jim as well. Instead of always creating new projects with relatively unknown artist, seek the ones that already have a fan base. And co-produce with some established talent.

Still when Making Love comes on the radio, everything else around me fades away. It is only his musical genius in my head.
