And it's just the 2 lines. It's like a brief, brief quote. What intrigues me is how Jim came up with the verses in "Draussen ist Freiheit" and the bridge between the choruses. Where did that come from? I don't think "Starker als wir Sind" was written before Stuttgart, because it just seems like a musical repeat of "Freiheit". There was no new melodies in the song. Even the end part, which was "Say A Prayer" in the US, is a variation on the chorus in "Freiheit". Besides, the Karine Hannah demos were from 2001, the same year that "Starker" was premiered. | |
