As far as talking about a whole song I think that Making Love has got my favourite lyrics. It's the song that's picturing describing the feeling of pure and endless love the best, in all facettes.
Although all the lyrics have to blend in together to give this great picture, my favourite lines would be:

you can take the darkness from the pit of the night and turn it to a beacon burning endlessly bright,

Talking about one single line then my favourite was/is always

It's just saying so many things at once...the passion, danger, knowing every move/every second could be the last, nearly is...and still enjoying it.
