I only made a handful back when I had access to a professional CD duplicator a few years ago. I think I've got two left, one of which is my personal copy. Still have all the artwork I created in PSD and PDF. I can email it if you're still interested.
The tracks are the ones off Carpe-Jugulum, which I suspect is the same ones on this ebay cd (like Pud mentioned), although maybe a different order. I tend to make up my own albums. Just for my own amusement, not profit.
