I've never even heard of a promo CD. Was this handed out to theaters, reviewers, record companies or fans? This would make a difference for it's intentions.
Maybe the intention of the CD was not to gather interest for the show itself but for an official studio album. To see if some funding could be obtained. Just a thought. I'm really not sure, but I'd like to know what's on it as well.
