I have experienced the same sound problems at the when I went there last year.
Even though German is my mother language, I had to listen very carefully at times to understand what was said/sung. I had the feeling that the vocals couldnt compete with the music.
I managed to understand most of it, but Im pretty sure if I didnt knew all the words I would really have had problems to understand everything.
