This appears to be some studio recordings, produced by Mike Camen (?).

Train of Love is on Jim's BMI page, but I've no idea what it may be from. Appears Jim has recorded it and a guy called Brian ? . Needless to say, would love to hear it.
The female vocal on 'Heaven', could be Bette Midler.
