Just realised that the producer of these tracks could be Michael Kamen, the great composer/songwriter, who is now sadly dead.
Amongst many things he wrote, was the melody to 'Everything I Do (I Do It For You)', which is either a good or bad thing, depending on your perspective.
He also orchestrated Queen's 'Who Wants To Live Forever', which is a great song.
