Well, the latest word from ML.net fans who are willing to share with the non-paying majority is that Allen Kovac has been sacked after years of service due to debacle surrounding the "3 Bats Live" CD (apparently Meat didn't authorize a CD, but surprise surprise, one was embedded in the fine print of the contract for the DVD, something he didn't read...kind of puts the court documents in perspective, no?).
His current manager is Irving Azoff, of Azoff Music Management Group.
