Basically, no to both of the first questions, especially vice versa (the judge would basically throw it out of court and tell Meat to learn to read the fine print). As for Kovac having grounds to sue Meat, he would if Meat hadn't paid him any overdue wages, and since we've seen no sign of it, Meat must have gone quietly. (He's even gone from the 10th St site as a "client".) As for Meat's lawsuit against Sanctuary, that was settled in late 2005 before TMIL.
