Yeah, I'm sure he did at one time. However, I think Wagner's brush-off on the forums (yes, it IS Jim, like it or hate it) indicates two things:
1) Justin is not very high in the circle after the "has been" comment
2) He can't really take criticism or dismissal as well as he claims
