I guess they are all multi-millionaires so money is unlikely to be the reason. To be honest your average record buyer probably doesn't know who writes the songs, and plays the instruments on any record, nor do they care. If it sounds like Queen and most of the people are from Queen they are unlikely to care. Also for publicity a thing with Queen's name on it makes sense. To me the important thing is the music...is it any good. Sounds promising with a song title like "Surf's Up...Schools out" on it. remember that many bands lose a singer and carry on with a new vocalist yet use the same name
