If they felt the way they truly do about the music, they'd have no problem calling it Brian May, Roger Taylor and Paul Rodgers. Why drag the Queen name into this? Why besmirch it when Freddy isn't here and John Deacon had the decency to let it be? Look, Robert Plant did the same thing in the 1980s.
