It was in the papers Meat filed with the court when he tried to steal the Bat trademark. He stated he wrote some of the music and lyrics for Bat 1 and most of the music and lyrics for Bat 2. I tried to go back and grab it, but it appears the documents have been removed since the case is closed and Meat and Jim settled out of court.
