Meat is not necessarily the ugly villain. There is a lot to be admired about the man. He's worked, toured, recorded and starred in movies constantly since the 1980s. He's one of the most passionate, indefatigable forces in rock today and it's a crime and a shame that that doesn't get him some reward. Also, he's a true paradox (is that the right word?) because, in his time, he has been the best and worst performer I've ever seen. I'd like to see any other act on this planet beat that. Incidentally, I am a fan of all three albums "Midnight At The Lost And Found" through "Blind Before I Stop" but he lost it somewhere along the way. | |
