I also thought they seemed a little nervous at first (except von Krolock, who looked like he'd been playing the role all his life - maybe he is actually a real vampire!); but you could see Sarah and Alfred looking at the conductor to get their cues in Nie Geseh'n and some of the early songs (especially Knoblaugh) you could feel "we have *got* to get this right" vibes coming off the stage! I can forgive them for that though because : a) it was the opening night and b) they *did* get it right! :) Ali (who had been looking forward to this Steintrip even more than the Berlin one because this time it felt like a reunion with friends - you guys are great! Who else could make a 50 mile drive down a German autobahn in the middle of the night so much fun?!) | |
