| Call me crazy, but it did strike me as a little soon for the Jim tributes like OTT/TDE to start coming out. Those DO tend to seem more like things that occur after one's death. (There are exceptions, like "Rock Honors: The Who" on VH1 Classic, an American channel, all bands performing songs in tribute to The Who and then a set by the band themselves; I'd prefer a Jim tribute in this manner personally, rather than something small like OTT/TDE. Yeah, it's easy to preach "over the top, boys!" when you're paying for small gigs at Joe's Pub or Mohegan Sun.) > > Who else thinks Sonenberg was an evil S.O.B.? > > I wouldn't call him evil, just misguided by his own > ambition and not guided by those he claims to represent. > He, like others, thought DOTV was a sure fire hit, > especially with Crawford in the cast, they thought it > possibly couldn't fail, no matter how much of a > bag'o'shite it turned out.
