| From documentary info and the words of the defense and prosecuting attorneys; he did agree to a plea bargain; which would mean being charged and convicted. However, everytime he completed what was required, the judge would add another stipulation....the final one being jail time, which is why he fled to France. Note, the mother of the 13 year old had made similar "arrangements" with others. Smeg is correct in that a 13 year old is unable to consent with and adult. IMO, the mother should also have been charged with child endagerment, solicitation (to name a few). > How would you feel if it was your 13 year old daughter? if > the allegation was true then he should still be charged. | |
