Really ? How would Jim have arranged this differently ? Other than maybe a guitar at the end (like Molitva btw). I think compared with the normal eurovision ballad that usually puts me to sleep, this has a great climax with drums,strings and nice background vocals. Very Jim in my ears. Compare it to the arrangement of recent (in Jim-terms) ballads like Safe sex, Objects and INS.
